Texts very clean except for very occasional spot of foxing. Bindings tight. Bound in matching full tan leather with gilt lettering on maroon spine labels. Five raised bands on spines. Tops and bottoms of spines and corners rubbed. Piece of leather approx 2 by 2 inches lifting on rear board of Vol I adjacent to spine. Split of about 1.5 inches at bottom edge of spine at front board of Vol II and small nicks in leather at bottom of spine. Surface of boards lightly scuffed in a few places. Overall condition VG. |
