Text clean throughout. Hinges cracked internally. Original dark green bevelled cloth boards with gilt lettering on front board and spine. Gilt vignette of horse on front board. Split of about 2 inches at top edge of spine at rear and short split at bottom edge of spine on front. Two further small nicks in cloth along front edge of spine. Cloth at top and bottom of spine chipped and frayed. Corners bumped and well rubbed. Boards lightly faded in a few places. Internally binding tight. Overall condition VG.
