Volume II - Mechanics Made Easy, 3 pp ads, 600 pp + 3 pp ads. Front hinge cracked. Vol III - The Workshop at Home. Front hinge cracked. Vol IV - 4 pp ads, 600 pp + 7 pp ads. Hinges cracked. First folding supplement almost loose, otherwise internal binding tight. Vol V - 576 pp + 5 pp ads. All volumes - text clean except for occasional spots of foxing in vicinity of folding supplements. All five volumes beautifully bound in publisher's pictorial brown cloth. Black lettering and vignettes on front board. Highly decorative gilt lettering on spine with gilt vignette. Tops and bottoms of spines lightly rubbed. Short split in top of spine on Vol I only. Corners bumped and lightly rubbed. Overall condition VG. A very attractive set.
