Contents include: Catalogue of Museum, The Ancient Episcopal Palace, Lincoln; The Parliaments of Lincoln; The Castle of Lincoln; The Ancient Mint of Lincoln; The Grecian Stairs, Lincoln; The Gentlemen's Society at Spalding; An Account of the Painted Glass in Lincoln Cathedral and Southwell Minster; An Account of King Henry the Eight's Progress in Lincolnshire; An Original Manuscript Relating to Military Musters; Ancient Sculpture in Lincoln Cathedral, etc. etc. Foxing on prelims, edges and intermittently in text, especially last few pages. Rear hinge cracked. Yellow eps. Dark brown cloth boards with blindstamp decoration. Gilt lettering on spine. Top edge gilt. Top and bottom of spine bumped and rubbed. Short split < 1 inch at top edge of spine at front board. Corners and bottom edges lightly rubbed. Overall condition VG.
